How long does the returns process take?
The returns process usually takes less than 15 days to complete. We do not offer overnight, 2-day, or even next day shipping.

Why is it taking so long and what can I do? The reason it takes so long to complete a return is because our warehouse keeps track of all returned items and we ask that you contact us with your order number to inform us that you want to return an item.
Why do I have a pending refund? What's going on?
If you receive the refund for your return, the refund did not process correctly because you entered a different shipping address than the one listed on your credit card information.
We cannot refund an order that has a different shipping address than the one listed on your credit card information. We ask that you wait until you receive confirmation from us that you should ship the items back to us so we can correct the shipping address.
